Get a 6ft. table vending space for both Friday night and Saturday day and night. No restricted items, food, or drinks may be sold. Table and chairs provided. Includes two admissions to the full convention. Set up begins at 5pm Friday night and vendor hours are 5:30pm-9:30pm Friday and 11:30 am -9:30pm Saturday. Email [email protected] with your business name and description after signing up.
This sponsorship package includes special mention on our website and at our convention, two admissions to the convention, and a full page ad in the event program. Ad must be sent as an 8.5"×11" black and white image with no bleed and with 1/4 inch margins as a jpeg or pdf file to [email protected] prior to 9/1/2023. Please also email your business name, link, and image or logo for us to post on our website. Sponsorships are non refundable.
Donate any amount to help support our convention! Then email your name, business name, or up to 25 words of text to [email protected] by 9/1/2023 and your message will be printed in our event program! Does not include admission to either day of the convention.
