Vendor registration for one 10'x10' space at Cheesman Park north meadow, Sunday August 13th, 2023. You must provide your own equipment (tables, chairs, canopy if desired). If using a canopy, it must be weighted with 15 pounds on each leg, no exceptions. No restricted items or prepared foods may be sold. Set up begins at 8:30 and spaces are first come, first choice. Maps of spaces and load-in details will be sent via email and posted to our website. Event open hours are 11am to 4pm. Event is rain or shine. If temperatures are below freezing or in case of hazardous road conditions or high winds, our event will be rescheduled at an indoor location, and your vendor fee will carry over to the new date and place.
